Calling all TGP gods
 

This question has been asked to death I imagine, but I still really need the input.

What makes a TGP gallery convert, what's the best niche, hardcore or softcore pictures and what sponsors are best with TGP traffic?

I've slapped up a couple of galleries which I think aren't half bad, if you guys could have a look and tell me what you think I would be eternally grateful.

I'm getting around 200 hits an hour from various TGPs and my numbers aren't looking so good, what am I doing wrong?

No wonder no on is signing up, they cant find how.

You have to learn how to make people WANT to click your links, not just because they are there.... it wont work.

Way too much small print. Condense it down to a couple of hot, large, text links, Also, the second galleries thumbs dont match the large pix.

i can see a big traffic leak because of the button on the bottom... it's easier to see that button than the link that goes to the paysite

that large pic on top is huge!!!,,,

i had to scroll down to see the thumbs,,,

its a no brainer,, you would gets the delete on that gallery

i think that on galleries you need to treat the surfer as if he is dumb and blind at the same time... tell him where to click, tell him what to expect when he clicks and tell him this using only babywords that way you will get the best results...

Treat them like a 14 year old boy looking for FREE Porn - the main TGP traffic.

everyone is probably clicking on you're counter which is right where your banner or text should be promoting the pay site...

I don't know why some of you are getting 404s, I wouldn't soon accuse theadultwire of purposefuly doing that, but I wish I had an explination.

These galleries aren't doing a whole lot for me, so I think in a couple of days I'll crank out some new ones, bearing in mind all of your suggestions of course.

I've experimented with TGP traffic before and I'm surprised I came back to it because it's never done anything for me. The main reason is because I love to oogle over the meaningless numbers on my counter stats page :(

Nothing like trying to filter through 80,000 14 year old horny boys to find an 18 year old with a credit card and a little bit of money...it's like hurding cats.

True. The reason I used a lot more text than most galleries is because I was hoping anyone over the age of 18 would be more likely to stay longer and check the text, I know I myself am more likely to read text in a gallery if it's interesting. Clickthroughs mean nothing if you can't get them to convert and if someone needs a font 22 label that says CLICK HERE, chances are that they're way too young.

Are there any webmasters here who've gotten tgp traffic to convert?
