its nice but if would be nicer if you put some flash there...

As much as I hate flash, I think that one of those squares to the right is just begging for it.

hmm, it's too simple, I don't hit it ...

try make a good topheader with nice logo and slogan,
add some flash movie to show features or this site and company,
add a good welcome text with some nice photos and work on other pages.
