Webair hosting is made of fail and aids
 
I updated my billing info a week ago and they have processed the payment; Yet they still have not reactivated my domain or replied to any of my emails.

Any suggestions on a new hosting provider? no spam plz

There is always someone in the live help. I have gone in at some insane times and there is somebody there to help. I've never had problems with emails either.

Mistakes happens in every company, its what is done to correct them that make the difference between good and bad service - that is why they have the live support so you can get a hold of a real person 24/7/365. Few hosts have that service.

Fuck email. Use your phone or their live support - your business is more important than a email

Just spoke to Brian on live support, they cannot help me until tomorrow between 10am and 6pm; Considering I have college class during these hours this does me no good.

well,had you gone in earlier....seriously they are the best support I have had. I was with them years ago and then left for what I thought were greener pastures and bounced from host to host trying to find the same level of customer service. I eventually went back and am glad I did.

Obviously, you have to do what feels right to you.
