I could offer you a double optin email type site with 25k verified in the milf/mature niche. Its very rarely mailed and the mail list has never been sold so its quite fresh in that respect. Also, there are in excess of 600 galleries floating around cyberspace for the site and although they wouldnt be included, they wouldnt be taken down so there should be some promotion for a while.

I think is better to invest in stocks instead buying sites.

ok tell me what stocks to buy that will give a fairly predictable income.

A site is not a guarantee but it is a lot less risky than stocks

usualy when the paysites are sold, how many months of profit are counted to estimate the price?

It really depends on a bunch of factors.

Here are a few.

How long the site has been online....if a site has been online for 6 months it is hard to use a longer multiple. Alternativly if a site has been around for 2-3 years you can get a decent avg.

I also like to look at what the site has been doing the past 6 months. Is it doing better, worse or the same?

I have payed 6-12 months based on these factors.
