Did you try calling epassporte?

Honestly anytime i've personally had problems with epassporte, i've called their support and they've helped me out.

After the last thread, it was stated that they won't deal with personal issues on the board where they can not go back and edit their posts or be mocked mercilessly..

so, yeah, give them a call.

I thank god, that I have never had any problems with them..
