Paid them a few thousands to do custom programming and design integrations a few decades ago and I'm still... fucking waiting.

From what you're saying may seem that we have not yet even delivered that custom programming you have requested. As per our agreement you wanted the code only. We did that in 2 months, as initially offered. In the end of Dec'04 and through Jan and Feb'05.

The custom has been all coded up the last year already and we did the free integration for your site as agreed. And that site is up since Jan'05.

We have offered you a documentation on how to do the further integrations with smarty but you said you will never do those yourself. Ok. We have offered an intuitive interface/constructor to create the integrations with your htmls. You refused this too. Ok. Then we shown you our pricing on integrations then you said that is too expensive. OK. We have offered FREE damn integrations for you in amount of 3 extra sites to be integrated for FREE until you find a tech/designer who will manage those smarty integrations for your new sites.

Now regarding this exact case. The infos on this next FREE (!!!) site are being awaited during whole September. On 20th I had to leave due to health issues and was back on 7th Oct. Our support is operating fine on any urgent technical inquiries. So far I can see we received none during the last 4 months because the system is operating very well and does not require any maintenance. All custom projects I do manage myself, because there are very few ones which are not yet totally closed (due to those integrations).

So. Please explain what exactly made you to create this thread and kindly let us know what are the expectations of this thread or a bunch of threads over the forums. If you need a refund, let me know your order number and we will deliver the refund to you or email that to [email protected]. I belive everything is easy enough.

And please finally reply to the icqs.

We had free designs integrations included in the whole process since Day 1.
That means YOU do the job. Not us. That's completely ridiculous to tell me... hey man do the job yourself because we won't take our responsabilities!!

Leon, the design integrator for AWW was supposed to integrate our design since September 2005. He had all the requested infos since that time. But he was very slow (that was the excuse)

AWW: We are currently being totally busy planning & developing & redoing the templates structure with templates editor. Simplifying things and all.

Our planned delivery time is 25th February.

Development is not as fast as it all wanted to be.
But, if that is ok, we would happily create the guides & tutorials
on how-to-do-it-yourself with the integrations of your layout.
And, of course, complete the integrations we already owe to you.

The upgrades for all 20 (domain licences) can be traded to the Multi-Domain suite you have placed your order for a while ago. ut if you really need
Multi-Domain architecture, we can work it out.

I will have your site installed next week and will let you know once

## Complete bullshit. They had all the HTML since April 2006 except they were not zipped.. but never mentioned it / requested zip file. It takes 2 minutes to download HTML from server anyway. Also, keep in mind that the infos were submitted in September 2005 at first.

You never did. The ONLY TIME you referred to doing it ourselves is in the 4 lines quoted before. No mention of an "intuitive interface/constructor" at all.


Bullshit. Integration was included in package since 2005!!! See your own quotes on log, January 30th and April 2th.

WTF is that. The integration was included, you added 2 more for FREE because you could not get the job done with Leon. Also, I never said I would look out for tech/designer to manage smarty integrations. AWW is in charge of those since day one. When you will complete your jobs, I might pay for more integrations... but for now just complete your current tasks!

If you believe elsewise, you are welcome to take refund, have our job which we have already delivered alsmost 2 years ago removed, and look for the best of luck on the open market and take your chances with same budget for this custom development. The one big lesson from here is that each verbal agreement should have a signed contract by both parties. That is not a first time we're getting into this due to lack of signed contracts.

We did not have any contracted custom jobs so I could at least meet my doctors first time per three years. Since I did not have your reply for over more than a week with valid ftps, I could leave for several weeks to take care of myself.

As I said, it will be done per queue and accordingly to the schedule. This forum thread changed totally nothing unless possibly you felt better after having all this posted.
