Stats Remote competitor?
 

Do they have a good reliable competitor? Long time user of stats remote and ia love those guys but... they seem to have left the ship.

I hope it is just an extended vacation but need to start looking around.

"left the ship"? What do you mean? Unified Stats is very good and it is free. I have used both, but to be honest, at least for my needs, I went back to Stats Remote. I just don't like how things are broken down/layout etc or unified stats, but I would still recommend it.

JB went MIA about a month ago. Some of us are a little worried, actually.

So is Stats Remote dead?

I wouldn't call SR dead. People are still using it. JB just isn't responding in his support forum. Hope he's okay.

Statsremote only has one competitor, Unified Stats.

UnifiedStats - which i've always used.

The only reason i havent dropped sr yet is because im too lazy to import everything again in unified stats.

I hate the lack in updates. I will switch eventually.

I'm in the same boat. They did update 2 weeks ago, so I guess it isn't too bad. I'm just wondering if they are done with updates and abandoning the program.

I love SR... I love the updates... I love JB... I love Slapass...

The whole thing seems odd. If they did abandon it, it seems silly. The model is good and I can't fathom it costing too much for updates while you bill out a monthly fee to all the users.

You'd think if they got tired of it, they could sell it to someone. It has a strong and loyal user base.

I love the StatsRemote program as well but wish someone over there would just take a minute to post on their board why they have had no customer service for the last month.

It's pretty weird for a product that relies on residual income. Why would you kill years of building up a user base?

I had an issue with a renewal a few weeks ago, after many unanswered emails and forum posts, my account was mysteriously renewed again.

I hope everything is ok with JB, usually he would respond within hours, and now no one has heard from him for a month. And I can't stand Unified Stats.

Anything new? They seem to be content to let it die.

There must be something going one. Why would they let it die? Then at least sell it. I'm sure you can find a buyer for such a program and userbase. I don't believe they are letting it die, I think something has happend there.

I'm not really familiar with Stats Remote so I'm curious, what exactly does it do? I mean, is there some added benefit over tracking everything "in-house"?
