Help, I've fallen and I can't get up!

For those of you who haven't already heard, Richard fell down the stairs today (dead-serious!). Although we don't think he injured anything major he might have fractured his hip...

Rochard rushes to the stairway to see what work he could do, and there HE lays, Spannow, legs sprawled all the way up to the 5th step of the stairway. His arms positioned in the perfect outline of a murder victim. Then I hear the words: "Rochard can you help me, I have fallen and I can't get up!" :1orglaugh
