why does this file keep fucking up on me?
 

I'm setting up a form with a simple script...on the HTML page where the submission form is, if I edit it in any way (even random text on the page) - the submission button work work at all.

Any idea why it's doing this?

Nevermind...must've been a corrupt file even though I downloaded it again two times.
