I need a really good designer for a wordpress blog
 

Any recommendations on who to go to?

I already have it up and the general layout I want, I just need it either re-colored or jazzed up.
Gotta be someone who does amazing with with Wordpress templates. Not looking for a cheapie designer, need quality.
