Favorite movie with great, surprising ending?

Nothing to do tonight, so I was wondering, what is your favorite movie with a great, surprising ending?

Sixth Sense

Not really my favorite but it has a very surprising ending (for me, at least!)
It's the "Break-up" --- with Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston.
Ending is something I never really expected.

Another film is "Wild Things 3" --- I never saw the ending of the film would come that way.

Fifteen Minutes with Robert Deniro and Ed burns doesn't necessarily have a surprise ending but definitely has a surprise middle...and how can we leave out The Crying Game :)

there's a view askew movie called "vulgar" -- it is one of my favorites. and i never thought it would end the way that it did. karma..

also, a movie by john woo (sp?) called "the killer" -- not a typical happy ending movie, so the ending is sort of a surprise. another one of my favorites.

The Others with Nicole Kidman

Speaking of Nicole Kidman. Here are a couple of movies of her's with surprise endings.

Birth - In it her husband dies of a heart attack while jogging. A while after this a young boy shows up and claims to be her ex-husband reincarnated. He knows stuff that only her husband would know. It's a little creepy.

Malice - it's a great movie about doctors and cons.

Shawshank Redemption and Fight Club.

The king of surprise ending is Crying Game, but its not really a great movie.

Good call. I remember seeing that when it first came out. I would never had guessed that ending. :thumbsup
