pro's and con's fella's... looks like thats who I'll be going with...so warn me now if need be...

I would go with Globill, not because I've dealt with websitebilling, but because Globill has shown me over and over again that they are helpful and responsive. Yes, they do let people know when their subscription is about to run out, but it's only in the interest of protecting you from chargebacks. If you've never been bitten in the ass by hefty chargebacks, you may not realize the importance of this.
