What's the best way to sneak in a camera to a concert??
 

I'm going to see Rhianna and the BEP tomorrow night, and I want to take some pics. Anyone know a good way to sneak in a camera? I have a small Kodak Easyshare camera, but cant figure out how to conceal it. Ideas please.....:thumbsup

See, that's the problem I have. I paid for these tickets, so I should be able to take some damn pictures ya know? Its clearly says on the front of the tickets...NO CAMERAS OR RECORDERS. I get the no recorders. But cameras???

Back in the day it was pretty easy to sneak a camera in to a concert and I've done it many times. I was using a Nikon 35mm film camera with a 200mm lens. I would just stick it under my arm or jacket if it was cool out, and look for a ticket taker that was least likely to notice. Back then they used retired people and no security check.

Once I had the camera out and ready to shoot it was pretty hard to NOT see me. I saw Blondie in concert and sat 4th row center and she kept playing to my camera.

The best was Madonna's virgin tour. I got in with my camera and it was standing room only on the ground floor. I squeezed my way to the middle and was able to get a lot of shots. Again I stood way out and Madonna was well aware of me and my camera. During the part where she is in the wedding dress and rolls over on the floor, she rolled over and looked right into my camera. It was amazing. I don't have those shots scanned but here is one I had handy from another part of her show.

Now it's next to impossible to sneak a camera in AND be able to use it. There is no way you could get away with now what I was doing back then. I hope you find a way and post your results:thumbsup

We just tried the camera in the bra thing. It works pretty damn well. Now its just actually taking the pictures. Thanks.

most tickets say no cameras, damn near every single one ive gotten, but when you get there, cameras are going off everywhere.

If they are strict though....wear a hoodie...and stick it in your hood draped back on your back and neck. Ive gotten them in that way a few times....and since i havent heard of this line up, im assuming its not that big, and you probly wont be patted down or anything.
