I have been popping Vitamic C , Multivitamins , and Flinstone Vitamins the Emergen C looks just like a Vitamin C thingy with extar stuff right?

It's an assload of C... like chemo for your system when you have flu/cold/ etc... Releases into your system more effectively then with multivitamins and the like.

Drink an assload while you are sick... and a couple here and there during the week when you aren't..
