For all those that laughed at my 'a' key issues...
 
you are right, glue did not work to hold the key on....

the repair shop fixed the 'a' key then it broke again 2 hours later....

so while I'm waiting for Dell to answer me....

I put a Dora bandaid on it and , how about that, it works! :upsidedow

Yea, its a laptop so not sure if I have to replace the whole thing for just an A key.

For what would seem to be such a minor thing, its pretty major! But the bandaid is still working for now :winkwink:
