nats problem - PLEASE HELP
ok - i got a problem with nats.
on the login - just plugging along like usual and today when i log into nats there is one of those images with numbers and letters that you have to look at and type in for security reasons that pops up under the username and password. ok no problem cept that the image won't load - it's a broken image so i have no idea what to type in to bypass this. my employee that has all the contact info is away for the afternoon so I'm stuck with nats on my server - time to work on it - an no ability to get into it. anyone from nats help me out here? or can someone drop them a line please Sleazy |
I hate it when that happens...
well its a 4-5 number and letters combo.... can't take too long to hack it ;) only thing that sucks, each reload its random right ? might take awhile |

Had the issue when we originally set up NATS... put in a ticket with TMM for it. If I remember correctly, it has to do with installing the newest version of php on the server.
