I dont know mpa3 but I have lots of mp3.

How many webmasters here use mpa3 ?

Also what's the best way to hire emoployees? we use craigslist but most of the time the people that come in to get hired are not very qualified.. programmers, designers, etc... any suggestions on where to hire people that would know the adult industry a bit?
