I have $63 to my name, no job, some furntiture and a 1988 Toyota but other then that nothing.

Both parents are dead so no leaving for home but that was downstate Michigan anyway and I prefer California.

What would you do? Suggestions?

In all honesty it sounds like you should feel like a loser. I have been very down on my luck, had issues and been broke. I however never wasted time and I found ways to make what I needed.
You knew of your issue, you had a deadline obviously since you were given an eviction notice before you were served by the sheriff and even if not you know you didnt pay rent so it wouldnt matter.
You should of been out finding a job or better yet two or more jobs. Work near 24/7 until your back on your feet.

My suggestion, log off and start looking now.

Heres what to do:

Check into a shelter
Pawn everything you can
Get a job
Start new

Sell your adult assets now

make sure to sell all the furniture and everything else you don't need on craigslist and get some cash. May not be much but it should get you to 3 digits with the $63 you currently have. Get yourself an inexpensive but decent looking suit and shirt for future interviews and save the rest of the money for bus fare. Check into a shelter for food and shower but try to sleep in your car. I believe you can only stay for a limited amount of time in these shelters (maybe 2 weeks or so) so go to all the interviews you can during this period. Do not use your car since gas is expensive, instead ride the bus. Getting a decent job should not be too hard since you seem to know how to type and use a computer.

Well I don't take direction well, and I really don't like to work. I'm pretty nice to people (when I want to be) so I consider myself a people person. I'd really like to work somewhere where I can be left alone without someone always breathing over my back all the time. I'm kind of paranoid when being supervised. I'm opened minded but people seem to want and expect you to do so much.

I'll think about the resume it sounds like it could be useful. In the meantime if anyone is interested in helping me out, I'd kindly ask for donations. No questions asked. Just until I can get back on my feet again.
