I am the same way. I have to have some sort of white noise going so I can sleep. If it's too quiet, I will wake every 1/2 hour or so. Sucks. This looks like a good idea and I know people who have used them before with great results!

Just take a few pills of valerian root. It may stink worse than a homeless guys feet, but it'll make you drousy in no time and keep you asleep.
