Just got back from a 5 mile run! but I go up and down some steep hills! been really pushing my cardio lately fucking feels great!:thumbsup

Finished up with 15 minutes on the punching bag!

my aunt runs and kayaks every morning....

I walk a mile every morning. I'm on threadmill for a 15-20 minute run without the sun hurting my scalp and skin

I switch it up, but I have grown to love running! The weather in Vegas is cooling down finally, and it's a perfect temperature to head out and take in the cool air :)

I run sometimes, my neighborhood is great for it. Most of the time I hit the gym and do the treadmill and weights and I water ski a lot ..It does feel great!

I do some sprint HIT cardio after weight training. It helps rev the metabolism and burn some extra fat without feeding on muscle.

2 to 3 miles a morning about 3 days a week or so. If its too hot out I skip it.

Sometimes rollerblade instead.

Yep, 13 miles this morning. Not too fast (2 hours flat) because it was nearly 80F.

A treadmill. Get a nice pace and incline that comes close to your THR and alternate from sprint to fast walk (1-2 minutes at a time). Just make sure you don't walk to slow and cool down in the middle of a workout.

20-30 minutes of this after a lifting is a great way to burn the remaining glycogen stores and really fire up the metabolism.

I do 10-15 minutes on the treadmill when I go to the gym. I consider outdoor running something to be done only out of necessity and fear for your life.

I jog 3-4 miles every morning. I preffer outside myself, I feel like I get a better workout.

For sprinting if you dont have a track just go down to the park. If you dont have a park just do it while you jog. Sometimes I will run as fast as I can for a few blocks and then walk a block to catch my breath. Just keep doing it over and over without stopping.

I just started jogging a few months ago. I can jog non-stop for a little over 2 miles but hope to increase that to 3.5 by the end of the year.
