the 'a' key on your keyboard falls off?

I tried to glue it, but didn't work, I tried adding paper between the bottom and the key.

now I'm using a pen tip in order to get an a :1orglaugh

does this require a trip to the computer repair place? I really hope not :upsidedow

and other realistic ideas? I can't deal with typing so slow!

Here's a crazy idea... Buy a new keyboard. It's like 20 bucks...

but I remember one night I came back home in the evening and I really had to get some work done, meanwhile I had left my window open so my keyboard got all wet (since it rained) amd I took it apart and put all the keys back _ I think it took me at least an hour, needles to say after the assembling 4-5 keys didn't work at all

I haven’t had much luck reattaching keys successfully on laptop boards, I had a key that fell off once and what I eventually had to do was get some super bonding glue that was made just for plastics and I used a small solid plastic pipe, glued one end inside the key, other at pad on the board. It was wobbly and didn’t move that much, but it worked until I got a new laptop (was an old lappy, didn't really care about it). If it's a huge concern you may have to get a new laptop keyboard for your model, it'll probably run you about 60 bucks.

The left 'shift' key on my laptop doesn't always work well. Pisses me off.

Ok, well I did that and they 'fixed' the letter a, only for it to fall off two hours later. ugh.
