365billing.com - anyone having problems getting set up? 3+ weeks now!!

It's been about 3 weeks since I sent my first correspondence to them to start using them. First rep flopped and disappeared, got a new one, and he has not contacted me since last week after I spent hours changing my site to comply with their regulations.

To those who are now using them, does it take that long to get set up?

To those who are contemplating using them, don't count on speedy service. Plan weeks in advance if you plan on using them.

To 365billing, take note of the success and speed of CCBill. I have had sites set up with them within hours. Copy. Repeat. :winkwink:

The guys at 365 go above and beyond for us. Total setup time was about 1 day. They are always available to me at any time.

Maybe you should pick up a phone and call them instead of wasting time posting here. You know, like a real business to business relationship. :)

So your site was setup AND approved by Visa in 1 day? Sorry, I don't buy that.

Like I didn't waste 3 weeks of my time already trying to get them set up and e-mails being unaswered. Moron. :)

Yep, ARS gets things done. VISA approval is different that account/tech setup, and has nothing to do with 365 being speedy or not.

Sounds like a management issue on your end. Just because someone else drops the ball doesnt mean you should put your hands up in the air, wait 3 weeks, then start pointing fingers. However it looks like your tactic worked out sorta.

365 are good peeps. Im sure you just slipped through the cracks.
