They are known for 2 things. Member areas with 3 updates and no customer support whatsoever. Oh and lying on the boards about conversion ratios.

Yeah, good luck trying to get a hold of them. I've been trying for a month. I have a question about the exit pop up from the join page. Really shitty that I can't get a response.

They don't care. They just laugh their way to the bank while making jokes about their affiliates who are stupid enough to send sales to their 6 photosets websites.

You will notice if you do a search many threads like this over the years. People needing affiliate support and eventually just post on gfy because they dont get any. Its only THEN that Chris shows up and acts if he actually cares about his affiliates.

RE ICQ -- Not all of us choose to use products engineered by countries with histories of crimes against humanity. ICQ is not as ubiquitous as you may think.

The form *is* in fact working. Dunno what the problem you had with it might have been. I just tested it myself with success.

Also, when you hit submit on the form, you get this message right away afterwards:

No problems here with TR. Still getting rebills from sales I made a year ago.

I needed a little help a while back and EvilChris replied to my thread within 20 minutes, I've looked through their members areas and they're alot better than most programs.

Also I haven't had any problems with their ratios (pasted from Unified Stats)

Evil Chris is on ICQ and pretty much on about 12 hours per day from what I can tell. I don't have any problem reaching him (and if I did, I would just drive over and knock on the door, it's only 20 minutes away!).

If the support form is failing, well, hopefully they can fix it... ;)

When his sites were hacked and password posted on gfy everybody was able to see how half of the sites werent updated for months and lacked content.

Never had any problems with teenrevenue support, and Evil Chris is always responding on ICQ and open minded if there were any issues... unless he went to bed :)

A: Your customer support is horrible. And this has been confirmed many, many times over the years.
B: Your member area's are the size of an avs site.
C: There are more upsells in your member area's than content.
D: Your support didnt work already a year ago.
E: You lie about your ratios on the boards
F: You run a scummy operation

I never had any issues with the guys at triplexcash or teen rev. other then Evil Chris bitching when I touch his wifes boobs I've had no issues with him either.

I've sent emails, filled out support forms, ICQ, and tried to ask the question on GFY before. I've never gotten one response. What else can I do? What's going on with that exit pop up on your sites? Do affiliates gets credit for the discount sign up price you are offering on that pop up? If not, how can I get it removed? I have a few nice reviews of your sites but I am holding out on putting them online until I find out the deal with those pop ups.

After my failed recommended attempts at support, Chris got hold of me via email from this post and he dealt with my problem.

Hopefully in future the other (form, email, phone) methods of communication might work better, but he did address my issues as soon as he was aware of them.

Franck, your allegations are completely groundless.
Our webmaster support is as good an any in the business, and what's more our webmasters have made a lot of money promoting our sites over the years, and they continue to do so.

With every idiotic post you make, you lose one more potential company that might buy your GFY signature. I'm pretty sure your current one won't be re-newed.

Lets be honest, what solo girl sites really rebill these days?
