Haynesworth' s suspension enough punishment?
 

Granted, I am a Cowboys fan, but I think a 5 game suspension was light. Even if it is the longest-ever for on field behaviour. It easily could have been Gurode's eye that got stomped on.

I have just read that Nashville's prosecutor has been in touch with the Cowboys' regarding pressing charges. It will be interesting to see what comes of that. I know it is a tough game, but I do think that at some point, it crosses the line from being football to more.

And I think Haynesworth crossed that line.

Yeah, that was bull shit, dumb fucks make all that money then do shit like that! He should be kicked out of the league for life, send his ass back to the hood let him sell crack!

He should be out for the year.
It does look like he may face criminal charges though.

he should have been out for the season imo. Yes Im a big Cowboys fan too, but i coach(ed) amateur football back home & I know my kids would watch that & I would have to give them them "thats not what this game is about speech" they have in thier contracts stuff about that since they are roll models etc.. It will be a big chunk of his pay, hes only making almost 700k this season & the 5 game works out to almost 200k but still. He TOOK OFF the helment & kicked him & then ran his cleet.. thats just frackin stupid.

That is assault. He should be arrested.
