Would you want to know? I wouldn't as I know I would focus too much on the end and not enjoy the time between.

I would. That way i would make sure i saw to a few things i would want taken care of before i chuck it.

And if i found out it was next week, i'd make sure i'd have a damn good time this week... :1orglaugh

I would want to know, that way I could plan out my life to a T, and at the end I'd be able to murder a few PETA members right before I die :)

If I was able to know this info I would want to know. That way I could live the rest of my life doing everything that I want to do and know that whe I die I will have lived my life to its fullest. I would not dweel on the fact that I know the day I will die. I would live my life as great as possible.

Not at all! I love life! If it ends tomorrow, it has been great! Hopefully I will see my 80' birthday! Who on earth would know their date of death? That would really fuck up a brain! As if we dont have enough concerns! lol

No way - althogh if I was going to live to a 100 + or something it would be good to know.

All those things that I think I have left to late I could do.

I have actually pondered this question many many times. I always end up thinking, if I knew the day I was going to die, then I probably would die earlier because I would think I was invincible since I still have xx amount of years to live. Then I get confused and think, maybe it would hold true and I would end up really being invincible which would cause me to become a superhero of some sort. So I guess the real question is "would I like to live the rest of my life as a superhero?" and to that I answer "hell yes".

11 years ago next month, I was told to think in terms of "weeks or months rather than years". Not being totally dumb, I figured out a while back that the docs had it wrong. Still I find it impossible to think about anything other than short-term projects and it p*sses me off every time I realize enough time has passed for me to have done something I discarded.

So yes, I would like to know, because this borrowed time crap sucks :)

but to the question at hand, all i would want to know isif i would die very young or if i would get to live a decent lengthy life! but not the exact day or even year....it would be to freaky. i couldnt enjoy my life b/c i would be too worried about if i did everything i was supposed to do, will i see my daughter graduate high school and college. will i get to see her get married. boy thatwould make life awful!:2 cents: :2 cents: :2 cents:

terminally ill don't know the exact day. Death row people know as a punishment ...so would be be a negative to know? Would we all feel even more 'doomed'?
