Anyone know a good CPA?

Looking to incorporate, preferable in Colorado since that's where my permanent address is. I'm on a 1099 and do other side projects, I have had my company running as a Sole Proprietorship till now, but I've been told it's time to incorporate to an LLC or S-Corp.

I would like to find a CPA who is familiar with online industries. Any suggestions?

Thanks, but I really want someone who can tell me what I can and can't write off and can help me be as aggresive as possible with my taxes, etc.

check your yellowpages for an accounting firm, its probably your best bet as you dont really want to be long distance with your accountant.
