I have Creative MuVo TX 512mb. It is very nice designed and has good sound quality.

I use my treo 650 and 1 gig card on it. My wife has an iPod nano 2gig one.

I had to take an iRiver 20 gig back when it crashed on it's 2nd day. I decided I didn't want another hard-drive based player so the Zen was the largest capacity flash memory based player I could find locally that was also compatable with my music subscription service (Urge).

a free 1 gig one I got from my ISP.. does the trick.

Seriously consider a Zen. Whether it's an audio only or video capable model they are compatable with more standard formats.

a cheap one from target that has lasted me a year and a half!!
