Weblo, or "We Blo?" I know which I think it is.

It's kind of like SecondLife + MySpace + whatever.. but they have some bugs to work out. You have to get in early to get the best properties, domains, etc..

It's a makebelieve world where you pay them real money to own shit that dosen't exist. Then you own the rights to your non-existent shit to sell to people that can't get the shit in the real world anyways, so they try and buy yours in the makebelieve world. Somewhere there's a PPC model too....
