Times have changed for sure. So many horror stories out there now about scams and failed partnerships. Recruiting is harder than ever now, hot girls are wise to the internet. Strippers and escorts don't want pictures, and the hot girls on myspace get too many offers. Recruiting there is a gamble too, no way to know who is REALLY 18.

I tell our recruiters not to look in the mall, those girls already have money. Better to recruit at the local welfare office.... or in impoverished countries. :2 cents:
