How the hell do you contact Boilsoft.com??
 

I dont have a registration key yet for a product I purchased 35 days ago!


I have sent numerious emails from different email accounts with no response back. My card has been charged and the 800 number from the processor says they cant help becaue they have no phone support contact number.


So they have great software but offer zero support because they cant get back with customers.


The Whois does not provide a contact number either and looks to be in China:

This happened to a friend of mine, the exact same thing. I bought it a few days prior to when he bought his license, and I got lucky and everything worked fine. Weird... Well, he's a bump for you.
