Beer can chicken
never tried it, but I dropped it in the oven about an hour ago and it smells SO good :thumbsup

Ive made this several times but never in the oven, we always do it on the grill outside. Makes one juicy bird though, my favorite is using some of the summer specialty beers, anything with lemon/citrus is good.
