Yes, they exist.. I used one a few years ago w/ dialup - callwave I think - www.callwave.com ?

I think office.com gives you one when you sign up with them.

The boneprone family site has something like that, but Ive never handled that site. Pete the Fly and his webmasters created that, so ask him about that voice thing.
