I have a question....

I am having an argument with someone about this and i wanna know what is your opinion.... I have a banner that is 624x80 pixels and is 66kb in size and i have another banner that is 120x60 pixels and is 187.23kb in size... for someone with dial up, which banner would take the longest to load? the banner with begger pixels or the banner with bigger file size?

The banner with the bigger file size. Pixel size is irrelevant.

Quite obviously the larger file. Pixel size does not matter when you talk about bandwidth. You have to be concerned with file size.
