Which free counter has all of these features (the bold ones are the less common, but the more wanted ones):

- referers
- pages
- unlimited archiving
- keyphrases
- search engines
- languages & countries
- dynamic displaying (date range)

Google Analytics... its some professional shit. Takes awhile to get use to it but it's worth it, free, and sweet

May not be exact, but I love tracewatch.com :) best stats around... i just change the htaccess to parse the .html files as php and wahla, detailed stats.
