James Ellroy writes good stuff.

Plus if you know the story behind it, it's very interesting. Black Dahlia was a very "interesting" person, to say the least.

I saw it. It is basically okay. the cast is good, but the story is muddled. Scarlett looks great too. I love James Ellroy and loved the book but felt the movie could have been much better.

I will have to read it. Where in net can i get it?

I went to Blockbuster and got "The Notorious Bettie Page" and a bottle of wine from the grocery store.

Maybe I'll go see the movie tomorrow though

Not a remake as far as I know. It's an adaptation of this book and it's about an old LA murder case.

It revolves around hi mothers murder if im not mistaken.
I saw a documentary about him. Incredible.

Isn't that the murder where the body was chopped in half?
