Who are you using for your wireless service???

I went to upgrade my "Sprint" cell phone today and the phone I wanted was $449. The lady said that I might qualify for a discount so she enters my phone number in the computer and says that I won't qualify till January. I explained to her that I've been a very loyal Sprint customer for over 7 years and that should definently qualify for some kind of discount. She said if I come back in January I can get it for $189 but if I bought it today it would cost me $449. Kinda pisses me off that Sprint treats their loyal customers this way.

Anywayz, unless they return my call and offer me something nice, I'm going to find another carrier - who are you guys using?

Do not do that. Call corporate. Get your situation in order. It will happen after 7 years. Always talk to someone that CAN say YES. You were not.

If you're on Sprint, I'm guessing you want one of the Treos. Check this thread out and I think you might find what you're looking for. Talk to someone in the either Executive CS, or Retentions and ask to be put on the SERO plans. Unlimited EVDO, more minutes for less too boot.
