I was always envious of the kids in my class that had the Texas Instruments led watches back in 6th grade. (1978)

I wasn't poor poor but that was definitely a luxury item back then.

Kids today have no idea what it was like.

I miss my calculator watch with the numeral space invaders game...

I had one they were a pain in the ass to use to tell time you had to push a button. I remember how expensive they were when they first came out lol

yah like 80 bucks back in 77 or 78 is like 400 today.

I remember I got robbed in high school, the motherfucker got my calculator watch. I'm still angry about it.

Fossil made a replica, was so cool. Then broke it during a lapdance lol, somehow that was a fitting end to it.
