NEW! Download Your ePassporte Statements

ePassporte has added a new feature which allows Account Holders to download monthly statements in PDF format.

These new statements will allow you to view the following information:

* Opening and closing balances
* Authorization & settlement differences (including restaurant and gas station adjustments)
* Currency exchange differences
* Dropped authorizations and the effect on your balance
* Visa Virtual and Visa Electron Card transactions

To download copies of your monthly statement please login to your ePassporte Account, click on the ?Account? tab (top right corner) and scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the ?Request a monthly PDF Statement? link. Your statement will be sent to the Message Center within one business day.

Please note: As this feature has just been added, PDF statements are available starting August 2006. If you require account information prior to August 2006, please send Card Holder Services a message via the Message Center with your request.

For more information about this feature, please contact our 24 Card Holder Services Department:

paymeback 09-29-2006 11:17 AM

Great feature, i just requested august and all my previous months.
Do these statements show the p2p transfer messages? Also a checkbox "Send me a monthly PDF statement" would be nice.

DatingGold 09-29-2006 11:33 AM

Do they go back further than 30 days? Is this for business accounts too?

Yes it shows p2p transfers. Thanks for the checkbox feedback. I will look into adding that.

These statements only go back as far as August 2006 as we just created them. If you need your statement prior to August, please send a message via the Message Center to Card Holder Services Department with the date range.

How about access to ENTIRE transaction history? Never heard ANYONE asking for previous month statments, but I have, however, seen numerous requests for accessing the entire account transaction history.

You will still be able to download the statement for August 2006 in September next year. So a year from now there will be 13 months of statements in your account.
If you want your complete account history please let me know and I will request its sent to your account.
If you want to find a specific p2p transfer you made in the past please log into your account -> Click Transfer Funds -> Click Search for transfers that have previously been made. Then you will be able to search for transfer to and from other card holders.

May I ask why PDF?

Could you consider an optional additional format like comma delimited, tab delimited, .qif, .iif.

Received transactions, transactions sent, all transactions.

tranza 09-29-2006 01:23 PM
