Last week we launched Bring Your Own Tour and Bring Your Own Galleries (BYOT & BYOG). We were paying out $1 on BYOT and $.50 on BYOG .. After talking to webmasters we?ve decided that it would be more competitive to up the payout to the following.

BYOT will now payout $3 for every sale your Tour generates.
BYOG will now payout $1 for every sale your Gallery generates.
I hope this allows us to be more competitive in the market and generates great $$ for our Affiliates.

Are the byots public? If so, where can we see them? Or are they only pushable by the tour owner?

No, I don't have an account and won't be signing up for one before I see some byot's.

Noone has submited any tours yet, right now we have about 30 galleries that have been submited. I got 3 guys that are workin on tours but they are not ready yet.

I am not sure understand the concept of BYOT

can someone spell it out for the fools :)

You build a tour or gallery and submit it to the company for either public or private use.

In public mode every sale that the given tour or gallery generates from people sending it traffic, you the designer get a buck or three bucks.

In private mode only you get to use it.

You should find a good tutorial. Flash may take a lot of work to learn but a simple animated GIF is really easy.
