Like any other processing company they should give you ever penny stolen and provide you with a new account if they dont then I will discontinue using them because if my money can be stolen without them taking action then i want nothing to do with them. Best of luck to you.

yes i contacted them, but before the first thing i did was change my password.... thou i dont think thats how they hacked it...
btw i just sent you a message on icq... on the phone told me it would take 48hrs but i cant wait 48hrs...

you will loose it.... once i had like $1k missing, and instead of returning it to my acocunt they closed it... but when everything works, epass is amazing

my account was hacked a few months ago as well, 2k was taked off..

I contacted epass and they handled it great, got my cash back.
But what sucked is that i had to open a new account and request a new Visa..

not yet, they asked me to open a new account and that they would transfer my remaining funds to the new one....
i did create my new account but i dont know anything else yet...

but im positive i will get the money back as i realized right away and the payments were still on PENDING....

Hope that my account will be secured all time...
