17 hours?You are crazy.I was once translating from English to Croatian 48 hours
(with sleeping pause)and i dont want repeat that ever.So when i code i code 2 hours only.

Take a break and walk! Caffene + that weight and no exercise will result in a premature heart attack.

I can sit here near computer just 5 hours - then my head and neck are aching. And head also :(
