lol just call them on the phone, e-mail is useless with a big company like that. My check went missing in the mail this week, just took a simple phone call to find out if it was sent or not.

Oh man, i can't believe this.

2 weeks ago i found out my account was put on hold because of a non working email on file. So that took 15, yes FIFTEEN emails to solve. So a few days later i got my wire with the outstanding amount.

Now today i didnt recieve my wire and thats the mail you see on top. So i just got my 2nd answer (a real answer this time). The guy tells me my account was on hold but he fixed it now and i will get my wire next week!

What the hell is wrong with these people??

Franck, Most likely your first email was sent to support@ccbill instead of clientsupport@ccbill regardless, it was obviously interpreted incorrectly for this we apologize. Please forward me a copy of the original email so I may investigate the matter.

Wth!
I haven't got a wire from them in more than 6 months and heard nothing
from them. When I hit them up they said they can't send it because of some missing info in my details without telling me what the heck is missing.
So I spent three weeks resending them the fax which they didn't received.
Lastly I had to send them a scan of that shit so I make sure they receive it.
I'll be waiting for my wire to go out next week.
