What supplements/vitamins do you take daily?
Not bodybuilder stuff, just everyday things to be a little bit healthier. What do you take?

multiple vitamin with iron, fish oil, calcium w/vitamin d (helps the calcium get absorbed).. those are the regulars. :)
in my medicine cabinet, though, i also have chromium picolinate and a few others that i haven't taken in forever. :) |
Vitamin C and iron supplements here, but I am not really taking them constantly.

Never take anything..that's why I'm loomy, I had low blood pressure but it's okey now.I used to take iron supplements before, but stopped..I never like the taste because It sucks.
