well, i have been the designer for XTF and Hovidos about a year ago ... what started out as a friendship ended in a disaster - for ME ! ... that guy opened a forum ring and i did my best to provide free forum designs ... all was fine and the ring grew greatly ... i have been an admin there all the time and we were always having hard times with getting spam mails from any admin account (those were obviously fake and scams as one could see from reading the full heads of the mails) ... but wait, this gets better all the time ... that guy finally offered to copyright my layouts ... i thought about it and came to the conclusion that i didnt wanna hand my intellectual rights to someone even if it was a considered friend ... considered yes, that was the point ... when i refused to let him copyright my stuff; the next morning i was suddenly exposed and blamed to be "affiliated with CP sites", spamming and overall a "ghost in the machine" trying to bring down the whole forum ring and my access to my layouts had been removed :mad: what an asshole ... ever since i am waiting for APIC-WORLDWIDE to get their infringement form back online to report that damn sucker ... boy, i need a punshing ball with his face on it ... that fucker cost me a lotta reputation and lots more ... if you do bizz with that guy be aware that you will be fucked over big time sooner or later :321GFY

friends get anything from me now ... and i mean long time friends

and leon at sexgroom.com come to mind ... those are REAL friends and
great guys backing you up if yer in trouble :D

whats the use in talking to a paranoid guy heh ? he listened to peeps
accusing me of things i never did and kicked a friend in the teeth
who worked tons of manhours on making forum designs (he stole) ...
if there is a god he will pay for it on judgement day and rot in hell ...
but he is too much of a blockhead to admit he was on the wrong path ...
only if he apologises in public and ON HIS FORUM ring i will ever consider
to talk to him again ... if i had the $$$ resources i would sue him asap for
what he has taken from me ... i know the enemies he has made and as
well the ones trying to hack into his servers, but my lips are sealed ...
heck, he even made a proven CP poster his new admin ... what can you
expect from such a shortsighted guy ? ... if he mails me about his
public excuse as to what he did wrong i may think about dealing with
him again, but right now i only feel like placing a good "mai-geri" in
his face :mad: ... foot to face feelings :321GFY
