Hey Anal Hobbit, I've read your directories about saving money by munching off of others in Vegas and syphoning gas out of other people's cars.

See where I live you can get shot if you sneak up in people's driveway and suck gas out of their tank, so I thought I'd introduce this new breakthrough invention, asking about your expert opinion.

While originally designed to relieve yoruself in public, it could very well be a great too to save on your water bill. Instead of going to your own toilet and flush valuable water down the drain, you just take a little walk in the neighborhood. I mean, it's not going to make your rich, but every penny counts, right?
