Do pass sites actually signup for legit accounts? Maybe with stolen cards.

I get the odd abused account thats fine, but this morning 3 accounts all were abused at exactly the same time. It was like they flicked a switch and suddenly I had an extra 4mbs. They sure have plenty of traffic. Approx 2,800 attempted logins in a 5 minute period.

Pennywize disabled them before any damage was done.

Normally if an account is abused I just ignore it, its disabled anyway, but in this case I wonder if I should report it to someone, or check it out a bit.

make a page that will redirect them to popup hell and make money that way :)

I think that your answer was not what he was looking for. And he is allready using Pennywize .(ok ok, I know, Neither was mine answer good but still..)
