Yup, it's built into the app. Under Help and Support. I'd link it but as far as I remeber it's against GFY rules.

Ahh, I was browsing the site. I don't use or like IE much so I have a lot of the extras turned off in IE.. and everything set to high security which more or less disables IE for browsing much besides a static html page.
