Seems the owners "forgot" to mention to us that we are not getting a single credit for any traffic getting sent to either site



1st CastorCash fucked over me and other affiliates by shutting down 8teenwebcams.com with no pre-notice, no post-notice, no notice AT ALL!

2nd i just find out that my ccbill link codes to ketty dreams go to the join page where it attemts to use Paymonde processesor, that is not even approved yet, so no credit for anything

3rd, TeenMegaCash is now default billing processor is Segpay, WTF are they doing???

all of this and not 1 fucking mention to affiliates

when i contacted Steve from CastorCash bitching about the 8teenwebcams shut down he acted like he didnt give a fuck

so there is CastorCash.com and TeenMegaCash.com that are doing some bogus ass shit, being irresponsible paysite owners, letting affiliates send them traffic with absolutely NO chance of getting sales

You would have noticed that http://www.KettyDreams.com was not mentioned in any of the pricing packages above. We have been working very hard behind the scenes attempting to resolve a number of issues concering the KettyDreams site. i think he's just not aware of the loss affiliates have from his sites having problems, he's not great in the affiliate relations field is my guess

I'm not surprised that 8teenwebcams bit the dust, it was full of stolen content with no 2257 or model releases.

pulling their FHGs and removing their links now, there are 100's of better and more honest programs out so why the hell staying with a program like these stealing traffic not the first time. Totally sucks, period!

I have not used the program your talking about, but I don't understand how even a small company could not take the proper steps as to account for all web traffic from their program members as to cover some of the damage from situations like this...

Why had this company not placed a proper "Sry page" with a redirect to another of its services in place of the one that is down... just to notify its members...

Perhaps this company was just going under ??? :(

i have no idea what the updates on their other sites have to do with the issue being discussed in this thread? You should also get a rep job at TMC (in case you don't have one already) insteed only doing content for them.

why are half of the sites linked to segpay on the join page? How are signups credited coming from a ccbill link ?

Well in all fairness I just checked my hosted galleries and they link to a ccbill join page. Even though if you type in the domain it goes to a segpay join page. So it doesn't look as if they are redirecting any hosted gallery traffic using ccbill to the segpay join pages.

So it looks legit on that end. The only question I have is how can I tell if my ccbill ID is getting credited? When I click threw from a FHG to the tour I just see "?PRO=CCBILL" but no ID.. How can I check to see if I'm getting credited?

If you watch the url closesly it redirects to ccbill first then back to the site
so the hit is counted by ccbill and the join will be counted as well.


On a side note, its sad to see people jumping into the bandwagon.
I've been working with Steve for a few years and he's one of the most honest
people I've been working with. Altho he does mistakes from time to time
what happened with kettydreams is something out of his control and theres
more to the story than he can tell now.

From what I can see the PRO=CCBILL part only indicates that ccbill should be the biller on the join page... your ccbill affiliate cookie is already set as the surfer click to the site (eg from a FHG) goes via refer.ccbill.com.

Yea I checked my click stats in ccbill and I still show clicks and two signups from yesterday. :winkwink:

well, he is cheating the affiliate for making the affiliate lose out on the traffic getting sent to his sites

but he's not stealing from the affiliate since he HIMSELF isnt benifitting from our traffic, he's not getting the sales nor are we

i think he's just not good with affiliate relations

....some sponsors actually think, "hey, it's MY site thats down, so it's only MY problem"

Hey darksoul some things to think about....

1. so you think the affiliate should'nt be informed AT ALL? i should have to speculate, etc etc, i see changed billing system, and I AM NOT getting credit for my traffic getting sent to his pages that are down

2. i KNOW he is an honest guy, he just needs to better his affiliate management skills, and communicate, let us know when sites are closing, or changing billing.....it IS OUR BUSINESS TOO

I understand your point. I also understand why you started the propaganda against him.
But the billing for kettydreams was closed on friday when the guy was in hospital.
He's also under a lot of stress right now because of both personal and non personal problems (hence the reason he didn't answered quite nicely to you, contact him any other day and you'll get another type of answer).
I understand this industry is full of scammers and you gotta trash everyone
one of them, however this is definitely not the case, so how about we cut him some slack ?
