Guys, Paycom support is sux big time. Sent them urgent email an hour ago, heard nothing till now. Called international support number and heard fax noise..they missplaced fax and phone number on their support page. Called the fax number and got no answer. So how the hell they promote themselves with big banner on that page: "Trust is earned" ? Anyway I need urgent help, can anyone provide me with ICQ of someone from Paycom? Thanks in advance.

Waking up my ass...and what about this statement on their website:

"We make every attempt to answer your questions from our website by providing user friendly tools for your use. If you have not found what you are looking for, or prefer to speak with us by phone, we are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your convenience and can be contacted via the numbers shown below"
