Are these guys alive? JB hasn't responded to any of the threads on the Statsremote board for a couple of weeks... My mail to support hasn't been answered for 2 days either (usually they are very fast). Anyone have an ICQ contact?

They never answer any of my email. I emailed a sponsor once with a problem regarding statsremote and they explained what was up.

The sponsor was xondemand. First class support!

Haha I'm not having a problem with the software. I just need them to renew my account, I always email them to do this and it's never a problem.

They just updated their program 1 week ago. They usually update every 2 weeks, so I imagine that's when you'll hear from JB.

Something out of the ordinary must be happening as I have never seen JB away from his board and not reply to emails for weeks. Since they did release an update last week I guess things must be ok, but it would sure be helpful if he or one of his employees posted on his board to let customers know what is going on.
